Things are starting to take shape for 2012 with gigs starting to get booked in. September will see the return of the legendary Irish singer songwriter Eleanor McEvoy and we have a few other very special shows in the pipeline.

Just confirmed is the return of one of our firm favourites, Nick Harper. Nick will be playing at Berits & Brown on the 9th March. Nick is a truly amazing guitarist, songwriter, singer and performer. It was inevitable that Nick would become a musician and follow in the footsteps of his father Roy Harper, the legendary folk singer. As a child Nick would be jamming along in the family kitchen with Robert Plant, Dave Gilmour and Jimmy Page. As always with Nick... it will be a brilliant night.

We are delighted to announce a very special gig to kick off the New Year with JJ Gilmour. As many of you will know, JJ has launched a pledge to raise the money to release his new album Slocomotion and to celebrate this JJ will be playing at the beautiful West Brewery in Templeton Building on Glasgow Green. The show will be a piano and vocal show with Phil Kane (The Silencers) on West's stunning Yamaha grand piano. The set list for the gig will also be made up by you, the audience. Each person attending the gig will be asked to say which of JJ songs they would most like to hear and the most popular shongs will make up the set.

This is going to ba a very, very special evening and a must for all JJ and Silencer fans.

Well... last gig of the year is upon us. It is also our 10th birthday this December, so to celebrate we have a rare full band gig from legendary Irish troubadour Andy White and a solo performance from world renowned acoustic guitarist John Goldie. Come along and join the celebration on the 17th Dec at Berits & Brown. Tickets are available from this site and from the venue.

The comedy night on the 17th Dec at Drumpellier Rugby Club has only 10 tickets left, so if you are planning on going, get along early.

Thanks to all who have supported us over the past 10 years. It has been eventful.
